All of My paintings are subconscious mind expressions to merge with our best version of ourselves. it is the process of transformation and emotional healing. My passions are human emotions healing layer by layer, painting as a hidden tool for healing, awakening, and ascension.

When I enter the world of my paintings, I realize painting are :

1.Tools to find the best teacher from within to heal and transform.

As within so without.   We are the gift to be given to the world.

2.Tools to understand the inner world therefore the outer world.

As we are so is the universe

3.Merge with our true magical self

Sherry: It all started when I learned meditation and shamanic journeys. These are a process of my inner journey and transformation to be the gift to be given back in life.  My passions are human emotions healing layer by layer, painting, meditation, sound healing, writing as a sacred tool for healing, awakening, and ascension. No matter how bad is outside news and situations, still as individuals we have to deal with our own emotions and thoughts. To be able to contribute to the whole community, we need to heal ourselves first during this global pandemic of the winter season to welcome a new beginning reset of summer.

You say painting is your healing. Is it the process that is therapeutic or something else?

Sherry: Art serves a purpose for holding space for physical, emotional, and spiritual awakening where one can observe one‘s emotions, thoughts to further processing into higher consciousness. BOTH PAINTING & MEDITATION & SOUND HEALING to heal human emotions that are buried layer by layer.

Sherry: I wake up at 6.00 am in the morning where only I can hear the nature of birds singing and I start to meditate while I am painting. Meditation is the altered state of consciousness when one can maintain one alpha and theta frequency into daily routines.
Then I am working on my courses of emotional and spiritual awakening.

Sherry: All of My paintings are subconscious mind expressions to merge with our best version of ourselves. It is the process of transformation and emotional healing.
I always follow all of my institutions and never trying to make my art good on the outside or in my logical thinking trying to arrange the color. I really believe that the best teacher lies within each of us. We all have the light and the paths to reach our best potential by following our own inner voice as our best guide

Sherry: Each and every one of my painting had its own memory in my own process and transformation in my life. Each of them holds a vibration and frequency. we are all wounded healers who walk in life on the paths.

We are all the same
Above our problems,
Above our pains,
Above our tears,
Above our differences
We are not a victim and we are not powerless. We are the strength and power of our Source. We are a PART of our world because we created it and in it, we are shifting and changing it every moment.

We are all one, One feeling, One voice, One needs, One heart, in Unconditional love.

Do you see your art as serving a purpose beyond art?

Sherry: Yes of course, in fact, art serves as a hidden sacred tool for personal healing and transfers the same healing frequency to the audience.
Inner chatter become an outer dialogue
What you said about yourself, you also do or say to the outsider, it’s like a mirror inside to outside

Inner beliefs become the outer manifestation.
What you hold inside against you, you also hold outside against other people.

We only see others the way we see ourselves
We only judge outside for the things we judge within

If only songs can explain more
If only paintings can talk more
If only writing can describe more
If only creation become a legacy

Thank you!
